The people behind FacAIlity come from the sector. Our starting point is the work of technical departments: responsibility for buildings, many people involved and knowledge that needs to be preserved in everyday operations.

We are developing FacAIlity for housing companies in Germany with their own technical departments. Our vision: automate routine tasks, keep knowledge in the building and leave decisions with the team.
