Automation needs responsibility.

Why human decisions and automated routines belong together in technical operations.

Recording a report, finding information, preparing a work order: technical operations consist of many connected steps. Not every step is a decision – and not every decision should be made without people.

Distinguishing routine tasks from decisions

FacAIlity follows a principle: routine tasks run automatically, while decisions stay with the team. Which tasks count as routine and when approval is needed must depend on the specific process.

Understanding the next step

A proposed action is only useful when its reasoning is clear. What has been reported? What is known about the system? What experience can help assess the situation? The planned building memory is intended to make these connections visible.

Developing around everyday work, together

We are developing FacAIlity for housing companies with their own technical department. Our direction is a platform that brings together building knowledge, operational tasks and AI assistance. A personal conversation about real daily work is an important starting point.
